Industrial Ukraine. Lenin's Forge

"Lenin's Forge" is a watercolor I painted during my work in a traveling group of artists consisting of representatives from all the republics of the USSR. We used the paper-and-watercolor technique, which allowed us to create works quickly and keep a first impression of seen. The group usually consisted of 25 people and we worked within one and a half to two months. At the end of our stay there was an exhibition, which was usually held in the capitals of the Union republics. The exhibition was dedicated to a particular republic or several regions of different republics. Read more in editorial files.
